A: Yes! We’re hosting a callejoneada (a traditional Mexican parade) the night before the wedding. Meeting time and point will be shared.

A: Please arrive by 3pm to ensure you're seated before the ceremony begins.

A: We kindly request Garden Formal/Hacienda Formal attire. Please keep in mind that the venue has uneven outdoor flooring, so comfortable shoes are encouraged. - see the attire tab on this website for pictures.

A: Both the ceremony and reception will take place outdoors, so we recommend bringing a light layer for the evening.

A: Yes, there will be shaded areas and covered spaces to keep you comfortable during the celebration.

Q: Is the venue air-conditioned?

A: Hacienda San Luis Gonzaga has both indoor and outdoor spaces. There is a/c in the indoor areas.

A: Yes! Hacienda San Luis Gonzaga is wheelchair accessible. If you need any assistance or have specific accessibility needs, please let us know so we can help make your experience comfortable.

Q: Will restrooms be easily accessible?

A: Yes! Restrooms are conveniently located near the event spaces.

A: Yes! We will provide transportation details closer to the date. Stay tuned for shuttle pickup times and locations.

A: Yes, there will be valet parking available at the hacienda. However, we recommend using the provided transportation or rideshares for convenience.

Q: Will there be Wi-Fi or cell service at the venue?

A: Yes! The hacienda has Wi-Fi, and most cell service providers have coverage in San Miguel. Check with your provider for international plans.

Q: What will the weather be like?

A: August in San Miguel de Allende is typically warm during the day and cooler in the evening. We recommend dressing comfortably and bringing a light jacket.

A: No. Kidding! Yes. Alcohol will be served. There will be open bar.

A: Absolutely! Bring your dancing shoes because we can’t wait to celebrate with you on the dance floor.

Q: Are you registered anywhere?

A: Having you with us in San Miguel de Allende is the best gift we could ask for. To make things easier while traveling, we’d appreciate cards only.

A: When my brother Heriberto, (reader, I'm sure you know who is writing this) is sleeping in a chair off to the side ;)

Q: When should I book my travel and accommodations?

A: We recommend booking flights and accommodations a soon as possible. San Miguel de Allende is a popular destination, especially in the summer but also know, SMA has a multitude of airbnb's available for any last minute planners.
